Dynaco A-50 Vintage Speakers; Professionally Refinished - Beautiful

These speakers sound incredible. They sound so much better than they look, it's not even funny. I just got these back from Schott in the Dark Speaker Restoration here in Denver... one of the best in the business. He performed a full technical check up and a light refinishing of the cabinets. They are working perfectly.

Cosmetic condition is excellent for their age. The cabinets now look nearly new from your listening position. Up close under bright lights you can find remnants of a few scratches - particularly on the bottoms, but as you can see they are very attractive overall. The grill cloth is original and does have a couple of faint yellow stains. We weighed the value of keeping the original cloth against the aesthetic benefits of replacing with new cloth and opted to keep the original. It doesn't look too bad at all.
