Offered today by The Music Room: One pair of Altec Lansing 501 Speakers. This product has passed all of our rigorous quality assurance testing and is performing wonderfully. These speakers are about 25-30 years old. They have been well cared for by one owner in a non-smoking environment. These are true full range speakers... incredible bass and crystal clear highs. Very impressive sound quality. 3 way acoustic suspension system. Two 10" carbon fiber woofers, 3" polyimide/titanium dome midrange, 1" polyimide/titanium tweeter. Excellent transparency, great soundstage. 4 ohms. Walnut finish. 46"x12"x13".

Cosmetic condition rating - Excellent overall condition. These look great overall, but there are a few small nicks around the bases of the speakers and one significant blemish along the back, top edge of one speaker cabinet. The speaker was nicked by another object and took a small chunk out of the veneer. Luckily, it is on the back of the speaker out of sight.
