If you're looking to take a great quality 2-channel listening experience and expand it to include movies, this receiver is calling your name. It is excellent for music, but with the added bonus of superb Blu-ray playback. It does all you need to experience excellent Blu-ray playback, and nothing more. And for many "purists" nothing more is desired.
