Other Notes: The VENOM USB uses Shunyata Research's exclusive VTX (Virtual Tube Geometry) conductors which improves audio and video performance. VTX geometry significantly reduces signal degrading skin effects in high speed digital transmission. The VENOM USB's signal conductors and power conductors are physically separate. This is diferent from common USB cables where the signal and power conductors are twisted together in a bundle. It is well known that USB power from a computer can be very noisy and the noise from the power conductors can contaminate the signal conductors unless they are physically separated. Additionally, the Venom USB employs three separate shields to protect the signal from RFI and EMI contamination. This power and signal separation reduces induced noise and distortion to vanishingly low levels.
