Cosmetic Description: 8/10 Very good condition with minimal visible cosmetic wear including a couple very small scuffs on the top edge of both horn baffles, A chip on the back right corner of one speaker and light scratching on the top surface of both speakers. Outstanding condition overall - the condition will please even the most discerning audiophile.

Other Notes: This one-of-a-kind example of these rare and highly sought-after studio monitors was acquired directly from a high ranking executive at the Pioneer Corporation. The speakers have been used sparingly and exclusively in their R&D department. They have been meticulously cared for and are as close to "mint" in condition as one will find.
These are studio monitors that were introduced in 1983 and used in recording studios, still in immaculate condition for their age, it would be impossible to find a pair in better condition. Included are a pair of beautiful custom built maple stands.
Shipping: Shipping within the Continental USA is $1499- This includes securing to a pallet with adequate protection and shipping via FedEx Freight to a residential address anywhere in the Continental USA. This rate can be reduced by $60 if a commercial delivery address available or if item can be picked up at nearest FedEx Freight depot. FedEx Freight charges a residential delivery fee otherwise which is included in our flat rate charge.
