"RBH Sound designed the 1044-SE for those who want big sound from a small profile. The 1044-SE’s rear-ported design has a driver complement of two 4-inch aluminum cone mid-range woofers, a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, and a side-firing 10-inch aluminum cone subwoofer. This driver complement allows the 1044-SE to deliver all the impact of a larger profile speaker while maintaining its small footprint. Even higher fidelity and performance can be obtained by bi-wiring or bi-amplifying the 1044-SE through its dual gold-plated terminals."
