It is part of a complete set of Centennial Edition components that we currently have available - Yamaha's finest. We tested this cd player with the MX-10000, CX-10000 and some of the very best speakers we have in stock... the components really shined. I would put this player up against some of the finest by Accuphase. The build quality is as good if not better, and the sound quality is world-class.
