Cosmetic condition rating is 8/10 - Exceptional condition. From a few feet away, this unit looks brand new. There are no blemishes on the faceplate. Under bright lights and critical examination we can see that the gold finish on the volume control and others show very light scratches. The top of the case shows wear marks form feet and several light scratches. None of these very minor signs of use detract from the overall gorgeous presentation and appearance.
