The original price tag was $6500 - truly a no holds barred feat of engineering. I tested with LD / DVD and CD... all looked and sounded spectacular. Even if you don't have a Laserdisc collection, you should consider this unit as a world-class CD transport. All functions have been tested and are working perfectly. Performance is flawless... both drawers open smoothly and quietly. All controls are quick and responsive. I can not find any issues at all with it.
