Cosmetic condition rating is 7/10 - There is some light wear on the top and sides of the case - no major blemishes, just general wear. Also, the lamp is out on the meter so it is not illuminated. This has been the case with every one of these amps that I have owned. I actually prefer it that way as I don't like bright lights looking back at me while listening, but if you want to replace it, it's an inexpensive fix.
