Studer Revox B77 Vintage Reel to Reel Tape Recorder; Factory Box Type 14104

This unit is coming from the original owner in exceptional condition. It was originally purchased on Jan 17th, 1979 for $696. It has spent most of the past 34 years packed away in the original packaging in a climate controlled environment. It has been fully tested and is working perfectly. The only thing it may need is a bit of deoxit on a few of the switches. Also, I noticed that the tape counter is not turning. It is set on zero. Otherwise, it seems to be working like new. The sound quality is absolutely superb... I just love the sound of true analog!

Cosmetically, this unit is very good. There is an engraving in the case on the right side and on the back. There is a tiny bit of wear on the side metal rails. Otherwise, it is super clean. It even still has the Revox tag on the handle on top.

Includes one plastic take-up reel, one NAB adapter (shown), head cleaning kit / accessories and manual. All of this packed in the original factory packaging and double boxed for safe, secure shipment worldwide. See photos for details.
