Sansui 8080DB Vintage AM / FM Stereo Receiver; Just Serviced

This receiver is working perfectly and sounds outstanding. I just got it back from the vintage audio repair shop that we use (one of the best around) where it was re-lamped and controls and switches cleaned. All cleaned inside and out. Nothing else was needed. Sounds great and is 100% functional. All inputs / outputs tested - no issues. You'll be thrilled with the functional condition of this piece.The only tiny issue I can find is that the protection light does not turn green upon start up. The red light flashes on and off a few times as it should but then goes blank... doesn't turn green. Purely cosmetic - that is the one lamp that our technician did not have.

Cosmetic condition is excellent. The face is super clean and free of any notable blemishes. The only wear that I see is to the cheap vinyl "faux wood veneer" that covers the case. It is peeling back at the corners and edges as is normally the case with these. If you are good with re-veneering or can otherwise refurbish this, this receiver could look mint.
