Offered today by The Music Room: One Pioneer RT-909 Reel to Reel Recorder. This unit is coming from the original owner in truly exceptional condition. It has spent most of its life stored in the original factory packaging. We just sent it off to the Audio Doctor in Pheonix, AZ to have new belts installed, heads cleaned and speed calibrated. Invoice for this work will be included. These don't come along every day in this condition.

Cosmetic condition rating is 9/10 - This classic reel to reel is in truly exceptional cosmetic condition. There are a few barely perceptible marks on the top of the case. The face looks perfect. Most casual observers would refer to this unit as "mint". You will have to look very closely to find any signs of wear.
