Pioneer RT-701 Vintage Reel to Reel; Near Mint in Factory Box w/ PR-85

This classic recorder is in outstanding condition both functionally and cosmetically. It has been tested and all functions working. It plays beautifully - smooth and quiet and at the correct speed. Sound quality is excellent. Pinch rollers are firm - looks like they may have been replaced in the recent past. I am assuming the internal rubber (belts) were replaced at the same time.

Cosmetic condition is nearly flawless. There is one small scratch on the top of the case on the back, right side. The face is flawless - I can not see any blemishes even under very close examination. Very rare to find a unit this clean.
