Offered today by The Music Room: One Nakamichi CR-7a Cassette Deck. You might look a long, long time and not find one of these in such beautiful condition. This one-owner unit has been meticulously cared for and lots of recent service / upgrades performed. In 2002 this unit underwent a complete overhaul by Electronics Service Labs - paperwork included for this - $911.34 in parts & labor. See photos for a copy of the service invoice - too may parts to list. It was essentially a brand new deck upon completion of this work. On 02/03/08 the following services were performed by Electronics Service Labs: Replaced defective cam motor with an improved version; replaced defective tape/source switch; performed basic cleaning, lube and alignment. Paperwork for this service is included. This deck in outstanding condition both functionally and cosmetically.

Functional Notes: Operational condition of this cassette deck is excellent… fully tested and no issues found. Sound quality and performance are outstanding. Every item we offer for sale undergoes a thorough listening session and review of all functions. Buy with confidence.

Cosmetic condition rating is 8/10 - Excellent overall condition. From a few feet away, it looks like brand new. The faceplate is flawless and all lights are working. There is a little bit of wear on the left side of the case that can be seen under bright lights and critical examination. Outstanding condition overall.
