Offered today by The Music Room: One Nakamichi CR-5a Cassette Deck. This unit was purchased at an estate sale. The seller claimed that it was "brand new - still sitting in the original box unused". While I'm not sure if this is true... it obviously did sit untouched for many years. It's very well preserved and very clean. However, it's not currently functioning properly. This likely due to belts that have deteriorated over time. This unit is offered AS-IS for parts / repair only.

Functional Notes: Operational condition of this cassette deck is excellent… fully tested and no issues found. This unit powers up and plays tapes, but the FF & REW functions do not work. The buttons don't engage and nothing happens when pressed. This unit is offered AS-IS for parts / repair only.Sound quality and performance are outstanding. Cosmetic condition rating is 8/10 - The faceplate including door and display glass appears flawless. The top and sides of case show a couple spots where there is light wear.
