Offered today by The Music Room: One pair of Mirage M1-si Speakers. At $5500 MSRP when these were released in 1993, these speakers represented an outrageous value - true world-class sound reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum in an elegant package with a relatively small footprint. ($5500 in 1993 = $9000 in 2014).

This particular set is one of 2 pairs that were used in a dance studio by the previous owner. That's right - previous owner teaches Flamenco dancing. He wanted a speaker that would fill his studio with great sound, so he had one of these in each corner of the room. He had a professional seamstress sew new "socks" for these recently. The side trim pieces were a little worn, so he just had the grill cloth made to cover the entire speaker. This is a nice look - perhaps even better than original.

Cosmetic condition rating is 8/10 - these look outstanding. There is a little bit of wear around the bases and light wear on the top trim pieces. The cloth is perfect.
