Offered today by The Music Room: One pair of Flagship Metaphor 5 Speakers by Metaphor Acoustic Design. The Metaphor 5s were built by Metaphor Acoustic Design out of Northern Virginia from 1994 until they went out of business in 1999. There is not much information available online about these speakers. They are very similar to the Metaphor 2 speakers... which were a Stereophile recommended model in 1996.

Cosmetic condition rating is 6/10 - Cosmetic condition is primarily downgraded due to several blemishes in the grill cloth. These were stored for a long time, and the cloth is quite worn - including several small holes.
