Invoice from 6/21/14 for this work is included - "located and replaced defective transistors in vertical amplifier. Replaced dial lamps. Cleaned inside of glass window and ultrasonically cleaned knobs. Tested; OK. Transistor, PNP darlington; 058014 Pilot Lamp.

Cosmetic condition - Excellent... there are some light rub marks on the top of the case. The glass looks perfect and all lights are working perfectly. There is a tiny bit of wear along the edges of the chrome trim pieces on each side of the face. Looks nearly new from 3 feet away. Superb condition overall.
