Offered today by The Music Room: One Marantz 4400 Receiver. During testing, we could not get this unit to produce any sound. It powers up and lights up. Scope lights up (a small dot in the middle) but doesn't seem to be responsive. At a minimum, there are lots of good parts here. Best case, someone can restore this to working condition. We have not made any attempt to diagnose or repair.

Cosmetic condition - Overall condition is quite good. The faceplate is very clean. There are some small scratches around the perimeter of the small nuts at each corner of the faceplate... from someone's pliers scratching it while unscrewing those nuts. The face is otherwise exceptional. One button is missing from the balance dial. The wood case shows some wear but could be cleaned up nicely.
