If you have never had the opportunity to hear any of the genius-inspired products of Roger Sanders, you are missing out. In his pursuit of perfection, he makes some sacrifices. Most notably, these speakers have a very small sweet-spot where the imaging is locked in. Sit even a few inches to the right of left of center, and it's gone. However, with a little attention to proper set up, your critical listening sessions will quickly be elevated to levels of performance previously thought impossible. It's absolutely magical... as if you're seeing INTO the music for the first time. It's hard to put into words. Yes, you can find more dynamic speakers with deeper bass and a bigger sweet spot. These speakers aren't for everyone, but if you've been hitting the wall in your pursuit of the ultimate in transparency, you need search no further. Cosmetic condition rating is 6/10 - These speakers are very attractive... they look great from the front. In fact, from your listening position, they look nearly new. However, under close examination you'll see that these speakers are showing heavy cosmetic wear... especially on the sides of the cabinets. There are some heavy scuffs and small nicks and scratches here and there. Nothing that affects the performance of these speakers in any way.
