Harman Kardon hk 3500 Vintage Stereo Cassette Deck; Near Mint in Factory Box

This vintage piece is museum worthy! We acquired this piece from the original owner along with a complete HK system... all in the original factory boxes. He told me that they were in pristine condition, and I took him at his word. What I found when I took this piece out of the box was pretty stunning. I really felt as though I was unboxing a brand new unit. All of the original factory packaging is intact... just like as if it were never unpacked at all. Even the included RCA cables and manual are still wrapped up. This piece really does have the 1st appearance of a brand new unit. After looking it over very, very closely I was able to find one teeny, tiny pencil-tip-sized nick along the front edge of the top rail. Just to the left of that is a very light and very faint scratch. You really have to look very closely to see either of these "blemishes". They are only worth mentioning as they are the only very small things keeping this from being absolutely perfect. See photos for details.

Functionally, everything is working perfectly. Playback is smooth and at proper speed. All lights and meters are working properly. It sounds fantastic.
