Genesis IM8200 2-way Bookshelf Speakers; Matching Stands

These speakers are working perfectly and sound fantastic. They have brand new foam surrounds installed and are functioning like new. These are great sounding speakers. In true Arnie Nudell form, they have a relatively complex crossover network and are not terribly efficient speakers. But the sound is clean and balanced... and sounds great with all genres of music at all volume levels. At first, it sounds like these speakers are missing something... and they are - all of the unwanted coloration and distortion that you are used to hearing in most speakers. They really are a very well balanced speaker, but you will need a strong amplifier to drive them properly.

The matching stands are included. These are very heavy and will ship in their own box. If you do NOT need the stands, please let us know... we can negotiate on the overall price.

Cosmetic condition of these is very good. There is some wear on the black gloss tops... a couple of small nicks in the finish and some light scratches on top. LIght wear elsewhere. No rips or stains in the grill cloth. Very attractive overall - see photos for details.
