Offered today by The Music Room: One Denon DP-62L Turntable. This is a fantastic turntable - top of the line in its day… still among the best made today based on performance and build quality. This one is coming from the original owner with very light use. By light… I mean she literally only used it at Christmas time to play her favorite Barbara Streisand Christmas album. Beyond that, it was used briefly when she first bought it. But she only had 10-12 pieces of vinyl in her collection… so it has not been played much. However, after we tested it for a few hours, it developed an issue. We had it diagnosed and were told that it has a bad "speed control chip". It will not regulate the speed properly now.

This turntable is offered AS-IS for parts / repair only due to the bad speed control chip. The cartridge shown in the photos is NOT included.

Functional Notes: bad speed control chip... will not regulate playback speed properly. Otherwise working perfectly.

Cosmetic condition: 8/10 - There is some light wear on the dustcover - normal wear for age. Light scratches and swirl marks - could be buffed out to look excellent. This turntable is otherwise pristine. The VPI base has a couple little nicks around the edges - great condition overall.
