Denon AVR-5700 Home Theater Receiver; AS-IS

This model has always been one of my favorite receivers. Tons of power and terrific sound quality... truly built like a tank. This one doesn't seem to be working quite right. During testing, I got great sound from stereo mode from both analog and digital sources. However, from the analog input there was distortion in all channels when in 5 channel stereo mode. In stereo it works fine. And from the digital input it works fine. I can't think of any explanation for this. But, I am selling this with the disclosure that your best use for this receiver would be for 2 channel / stereo listening. It is spectacular in that capacity - delivering 140 watts per channel.

Due to the issues I found in testing, this receiver is being offered AS-IS for parts / repair only. It does not include remote control.

Cosmetic condition is very good. There is some light wear on the top of the case and a scratch on the right side. Face is very clean and free of any notable blemishes. Looks great overall. See photos for details.
