dba 100 Vintage Loudspeakes in Factory Boxes

These speakers are coming from the original non-smoking owner after having been in storage in their original factory boxes for some time. They are very rare... so rare that I'd never heard of them before. Pulling them out of the box, I was skeptical of what their performance might be like. I was pleasantly surprised. They sound quite good. Very solid bass with extremely crisp and detailed highs. I don't if this was ever a major brand, but certainly the quality is very good and built by someone that knew what they were doing. They are working perfectly, and you will be pleased with the sound. I have them sitting here next to a pair of Pioneer CS-99a speakers of the same era. While the Pioneers look better and have more bass... these have a similar tonal quality and really do hold their own - for a fraction of the price of course.

Cosmetic condition is good but not perfect... one of the speakers has a few major chips in the wood along the front edges. The cabinets have some light wear but look very good overall otherwise. The grills are in great shape with no rips or stains in the cloth. Overall appearance is good. See photos for details.
