This is a set of 4 stands - 100% complete with all hardware. The only thing missing is one small round plastic cap that fits into the base to help cover the speaker wire entrance.

Cosmetic condition rating is 7/10 (one stand has some scratches on the base plate). This is based on the Audiogon rating scale as shown below.
