Offered today by The Music Room: One pair of B&W Matrix 803 Series 2 speakers. These speakers are coming from the estate of the original owner. They have been stored in the factory boxes for many years. They are being offered AS-IS

Functional Notes: Upon removing and testing, we found everything to be working. However, the overall sound is a little "dull". All drivers are working. Sound is coming from the tweeters, but something in the sound just isn't quite "right". They lack that sizzle in the upper frequencies. We have not determined whether this is an issues with the tweeters or the crossovers or something else. Offering AS-IS for parts / repair only. Buy with confidence.

Cosmetic condition - The speakers look great overall. The tops of both speakers have a few minor nicks around the edges. One speaker has a few along the left side of cabinet. Grilles and cloth are in very good shape. One tweeter has lost its guide at the front but still sits properly and securely on top.
