Altec Lansing 911A Stereo AM / FM Music Center; Vintage Receiver / Turntable

This is an extremely rare and beautiful piece of vintage gear. It is in excellent condition overall and even includes the original owner's manual, schematic and parts list. Although it may need a little bit of refurbishment to be working perfectly, all of the core functions are working on this unit. We tested all inputs and outputs, switches and dials. Sound quality is very good. A few of the switches are a little scratchy and will need to be cleaned. The turntable turns smoothly at the right speed. We did not test fully as it needs a new stylus, but all of the controls are working and the platter spins very smoothly. It is also missing the original counterweight. Cosmetic condition is very good. There are a few light scratches on the dustcover and a small little crack in the wood on the top right side. Otherwise, it is excellent cosmetically.
