We’re happy to do what we can to help navigate the extra hassles that come with shipping gear across borders. With that said, there are always rules and regulations to deal with, so please see the notes below for details. 

  • TMR does not cover any customs or import fees, nor do we organize brokers.
  • We do not convert any voltages on products, but we can help get you in touch with the manufacturer, if possible, to see if they can help with a conversion. 
  • We cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or North Korea.
  • Please note that items shipped must clear US customs as well as customs at the receiving country. The Music Room cannot guarantee the time of arrival.
  • All international items are shipped with a commercial invoice on the exterior of the box.
  • All used items are noted as “used stereo component” on the customs declaration. Call or email with any questions. Please note that the purchase invoice is not included in the box.
  • International Freight is done only with certain exceptions; call for details.
  • Most new items have restrictions that limit what and where we can ship them. Call or email for details. 
  • We can ship internationally only via FedEx.
  • If there is an issue with checkout, we suggest using PayPal, ACH bank transfer, or bank Wire transfer, as that resolves the issue most of the time.
  • Shipping quotes - if an item is on the website, please enter your address. Once an item is added to your cart, click “view cart” to get a shipping quote. You can then cancel the checkout process without making a payment. 
  • Any use of freight forwarders or additional shipping services beyond the original shipping address will void all return privileges and warranties.
  • All exchange rates are handled by the method of payment and/or bank.  
  • Any returns will be made in USD as of the exchange rate on the date of return. Rates change, so the amount refunded may differ from the original purchase price.
