Cosmetic Description: These speakers are in Fair condition overall with some heavier than average cosmetic wear. The black paint on the cabinets is cracking and peeling from age. Thankfully the included grills are in great condition and these cosmetic issues are not visible under normal listening conditions.

Other Notes: One of the speakers has a reversed pair of speaker binding posts, which doesn't affect the sound of the speakers in any way. All you have to do is reverse one of the speaker cable connections on one of the speakers, it doesn't matter which one. Red to red / black to black on one speaker, and red to black / black to red on the other speaker.
This model has a passive main speakers that will require an amplifier, and an active subwoofer in the lower part of each cabinet.
The result of the Model 3A taken to the extreme, with a 2W powered subwoofer and a 400 watt powered 12" metal cone. Push-pull internal subwoofers- and the superb Vandersteen x-over system. Extended and articulate bass generally unheard of in any subwoofer, let alone a full range speaker. This is the no-holds barred Vandersteen speaker of its line.

FedEx Freight charges a residential delivery fee otherwise which is included in our flat rate charge.
