It would would provide a lifetime of great listening to most any audiophile that wants the legendary McIntosh quality and killer build, looks and ease of operation without taking out a second mortgage to buy. If you are looking for a phono preamp in the $3500 to $4000 or less range you would be doing yourself a real disservice if you do not audition the MP100.
