Cosmetic Description: Good cosmetic condition with some minor visible cosmetic wear including a small chip out of one of the turntable power outlets on the back of the unit, which are non-functional. The top and sides all show a few light nicks, scratches, and spots of rubbing. There is some very light bubbling behind the glass on the faceplate as well. The cabinet has a few dings on the left front and rear corners, shows a few scuffs and scratches, and is slightly separated at the rear-left corner of the top surface. While this preamplifier does show some wear consistent with its age, it is in wonderful condition for a vintage unit and will still present beautifully from your listening position.

Functional Notes: The turntable power outlets on the back of the unit are non-functional. This item is otherwise in excellent working condition, all lamps are fully functional, pots are clean and noise-free. This unit has passed our rigorous inspection process and is ready for many more years of reliable usage.

This preamplifier came to us from the original owner, along with the original Walnut cabinet from a non-smoking home. We have thoroughly cleaned all switches, contacts, and controls. All of the lamps are fully functional, the pots are clean and noise-free, and this unit is in excellent functional condition aside from the rear turntable power outlets being disconnected and non-functional.
While the original packaging is not included, we have sourced new replacement packaging from McIntosh, and this will be double boxed for safe shipment.
Shipping: Cost to ship this item within the contiguous United States is a flat rate of $80- including packaging and insurance. For all other locations including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please request a quote prior to purchase. Items with factory packaging will be double boxed. When factory packaging not available re-usable shipping box with custom injected-foam mold will be used. (for all items over 10 lbs). Note that all items valued over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
