The Concerto delivers AC power that is meticulously cleansed of noise introduced by electrical appliances or electromagnetic interference (EMI) from your building’s power grid. It integrates a high-performance AC line conditioner, noise eliminator, surge suppressor, under/over voltage protection, vibration control, and a cable support bar designed to accommodate heavy power cables with ease.

The Concerto is equipped with high-performance hospital-grade outlets crafted from advanced materials to ensure long-term electrical contact integrity and reliability. Each duplex outlet is angled at 45 degrees for easy AC plug connections, and is part of an isolated filter circuit to prevent interaction between adjacent outlets. The outlet banks are clearly labeled as ANALOG, DIGITAL, or HIGH CURRENT, ensuring each type of component receives the appropriate filtering for optimal performance.

Application Specific AC Delivery System

The ANALOG duplex outlet bank is equipped with a proprietary filter design tailored to enhance analog music performance. Featuring Clarus Core (C-Core) filters, these outlets allow analog audio to flourish without restricting dynamics. Clarus-Core Technology and Vibration Control for the Lowest Possible Noise Floor

The Concerto Power Conditioner is equipped with advanced Clarus-Core (C-Core) technology in all its analog and digital filters, and Clarus-High Current Core (HC-Core) in its high-current filters. Constructed from nanocrystalline soft magnetic (ferrite) material, these military-grade cores boast high saturation magnetic flux density and high permeability. The result is a high impedance that provides exceptional noise suppression across a broad frequency range, ensuring optimal performance and clarity for your audio equipment.

Clarus-Core technology demonstrates near-zero magnetostriction, a property of ferromagnetic materials that causes dimensional changes during magnetization. This low magnetostriction ensures that Clarus-Core effectively minimizes audible noise emission when voltage and current are within the audible frequency range. As a result, no other core performs as effectively in keeping your AC signal clean and silent.

In addition, the Concerto Power Conditioner features a unique vibration control design. The low-frequency AC signal passing through the copper windings of its inductive filter can induce mechanical vibrations. To counteract this, Concerto integrates chassis vibration damping materials to prevent these electronic component vibrations from becoming audible, further enhancing the clarity of your audio system.

Under/Over Voltage Protection for Safe Operation

Audio components can be vulnerable to extreme voltage fluctuations, such as brown-outs and voltage spikes, which can damage internal parts and lead to costly repairs. To safeguard your valuable equipment, the Concerto Power Conditioner is equipped with undervoltage and overvoltage protection. If the line voltage falls below 90VAC or exceeds 135VAC, the system triggers an audible alarm and initiates an automatic shutdown. Once the voltage returns to a safe range, the Concerto will resume its previous power state. For added convenience, you can also switch the alarm on or off according to your preference.

Three Levels of Protection and LED Safety Lights

The Concerto Power Conditioner features a comprehensive fail-safe system designed to protect your audio equipment. It incorporates a thermal breaker at the input to guard against overcurrent conditions caused by excessive loads or equipment short circuits. The unit also utilizes advanced Thermal Metal Oxide Varistors (TMOVs) for surge suppression, offering 960 joules of protection. Each TMOV is equipped with an integral temperature sensor that triggers a relay to disconnect the power if a critical temperature is reached. If the surge suppression circuit fails, the front panel’s Protection Fault LED will light up, causing the unit to shut down for safety. Additionally, ground and polarity LEDs provide real-time feedback, ensuring that the power cable and outlet are properly phased and grounded.
