"All that said, the GS150’s sound had one characteristic that may or may not have had to do with its tubes, but gave it an edge over the other amps I compared it with: a superiority at re-creating a sense of space. Over and over, as I played recordings on which the width and depth of the original venue seems to have been captured, those spaces seemed to be greater in all three dimensions through the GS150.
