By securing the loader mechanism to the chassis using heavy anchors in front of and behind it, we block external vibrations effectively. This design also prevents disc rotation-induced vibrations from affecting the circuit board. The front anchor boasts a two-layer structure and a screw-based adjustment mechanism, allowing for highly precise adjustment of the loader mechanism's horizontal level on both the front-back and left-right sides.
Each CD-S3000 unit undergoes meticulous assembly, with the drive mechanism attached to the chassis followed by minute horizontal adjustments. Additionally, the front panel is crafted from 0.28” thick aluminum, further contributing to the unit's high rigidity. To achieve optimal weight balance and symmetry, the unit is constructed with the loader mechanism positioned at the center, flanked by the digital power supply and circuit board on the left, and the analog power supply and circuit board on the right.
