At its core, Foundation XL is a refined, scaled-down version of the flagship SRX XL, handmade in Synergistic Research’s California factory using the same foundational technologies first introduced in the SRX XL loom.

Just as SRX XL expanded on SRX with higher conductor density and advanced treatments, Foundation XL elevates Foundation SX with 33% more pure silver AirString geometries, each suspended in an air dielectric to reduce interaction and improve resolution. The SRX XL UEF Compound is applied to Foundation XL’s matrix shielding to lower the noise floor while preserving dynamics and transparency. Every cable undergoes the same long-duration, high-frequency conditioning process developed for SRX XL, enhancing dimensionality, tonal accuracy, and high-frequency refinement.

Each cable includes Purple and Gold UEF Carbon Tuning Discs, allowing listeners to tailor the sound to their system and preferences—or to run them without tuning.
