The A-1 Ver2 represents the heart of Soulnote’s integrated amplifier lineup, combining authoritative output power with uncompromising signal purity. Rated at 40 watts per channel into 8 ohms and doubling into 4 ohms, it delivers commanding drive while maintaining clarity, speed, and tonal integrity across a wide range of loudspeakers.

Single Push-Pull Darlington Output Stage

The output stage employs large TO-3P, low-Cob transistors arranged in a four-stage Darlington configuration. This topology eliminates transient smearing while providing exceptional current capability and dynamic stability. Fully Discrete, Completely Non-NFB Design

As with Soulnote’s flagship A-3, the A-1 Ver2 uses a fully discrete circuit with no global negative feedback.
