Product Description:

All Series 8 audio cables are meticulously assembled by hand in Orlando, Florida. The Series 8 Mark II Star-Quad speaker cables are crafted using extremely high-grade linear crystal copper (LC-OFC) designed specifically for audio applications. Tributaries' LC-OFC is carefully drawn to produce a low crystal volume per foot, resulting in reduced signal loss and distortion. The 11AWG conductors feature multiple solid gauges that are precisely selected to support a full range of frequencies, ensuring natural sound reproduction. Each conductor is individually insulated to eliminate strand interaction and enhance sound quality.

The Star-Quad design addresses magnetic distortion by alternating both the positive and negative signal conductors and the twisted lays in each multi-gauge conductor, effectively cancelling out magnetic fields. The Mark II cables are finished with proprietary spade lugs and locking banana plug connectors made with Tellurium (TE) copper, which enhances conductivity and strength. The result is a neutral-sounding, high-performance cable that accurately delivers the sound of live music.
