The 1Xpression Carbon Classic includes a totally new carbon tone-arm with spin-off EVO-technology.

It's new innovative gimbal design features a resonance damping counterweight, that allows best performance for any cartridge. The improved belt drive design offers new low noise AC motor with effective motor decoupling, and the DC-driven AC generator gives consistent speed stability. (Similar to using a Pro-Ject Speed Box normal $130 but built into the 1Xpression)

Nowhere else in this price range can you find a platter as quiet as the one used on the 1Xpression carbon classic. We use technology from our Xtension line (Starting at $2800) which combines thermoplastic elastomers sandwiched between layers of aluminum for optimal resonance. The turntable plinth is made of low resonance MDF which sits on TPE vibration-absorbing feet to reduce external vibration and noise.

To complete the package this turntable is paired with the outstanding Ortofon 2M Silver Cartridge which is an upgrade to the legendary 2M red with silver-plated copper coils.
