The 1Xpression Carbon Classic includes a totally new carbon tone-arm with spin-off EVO-technology.

It's new innovative gimbal design features a resonance damping counterweight, that allows best performance for any cartridge. The improved belt drive design offers new low noise AC motor with effective motor decoupling, and the DC-driven AC generator gives consistent speed stability. (Similar to using a Pro-Ject Speed Box normal $130 but built into the 1Xression)

Nowhere else in this price range can you find a platter as quiet as the one used on the 1Xpression carbon classic. We use technology from our Xtension line (Starting at $2800) which combines thermoplastic elastomers sandwiched between layers of aluminum for optimal resonance. The turntable plinth is made of low resonance MDF which sits on TPE vibration-absorbing feet to reduce external vibration and noise.
