Redesigned Electromagnetic Cells

The foundation of the PowerCell 14 lies in its revolutionary EM Cells, redesigned from the upcoming SRX PowerCell for maximum efficiency:

• A comprehensive overhaul dramatically increases filtering efficiency, lowering the noise floor and improving dynamics.
• The overall EM Cell surface area is 100× larger than previous generations, providing a significant boost in electromagnetic conditioning.
• Acting as supercapacitors, the EM Cells deliver 100× more energy, enabling even the most power-hungry amplifiers to achieve superior dynamic response and leading-edge transients.

Advanced ULF and DC Biasing

Three Frequency Bias Modes for Tailored Sound:

Elevated Grounding

PowerCell 14 includes a UEF Ground Plane first developed for the Galileo SX PowerCell, reducing the noise floor and improving soundstaging. For even higher performance, the unit can be connected to a Synergistic Research Active Ground Block, lowering the noise floor further and enhancing low-frequency weight and attack—without sacrificing any of the fourteen AC outlets.
