Product Description: 

The Devialet Spec SX features an actively biased shield powered by an internal supply with an integrated UEF Ground Plane, delivering an ultra-low noise floor. Active Shielding provides a lower noise floor than passive shielding could achieve on this complex, multi-geometry power cord. Building on the Alive SX design, Devialet Spec SX uses pure 6–9 Silver, Tungsten, and Silver Matrix conductors, combined with additional geometries for enhanced dynamics and resolution. Performance is further elevated through the High-Frequency, High-Voltage, Long-Duration conditioning process, originally developed for the SRX cable loom and used in the creation of Purple Fuses. The cable is then internally voiced with Carbon Fiber UEF Tuning Discs, engineered to maximize resolution and musicality while eliminating high-frequency fatigue.

The Atmosphere X Series originally explored ways to improve UEF Shielding by positioning UEF Tech at key grid points along cable shields—a method now known as Matrix Shielding. This design lowers the noise floor and enhances clarity. Atmosphere SX refines the concept further by incorporating newly developed Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs, which improve the loom’s ability to cancel noise that could otherwise make high frequencies sound fatiguing. The result is greater resolution, a more holographic soundstage, and improved musicality.

They even built a new Tesla Coil to handle the excess heat generated during long conditioning sessions.
