Product Highlights

The SPL Elector solid-state analog preamplifier features six line inputs via three balanced XLR and three gold-plated RCA pairs, driven by proprietary 120V VOLTAiR technology operating at +/- 60 volts DC. Serving as the primary routing hub for high-end audio systems, this unit processes source signals with extraordinary headroom and dynamic scale. Discrete SUPRA operational amplifiers drive the signal path without standard IC bottlenecks. The front panel includes dual mechanical VU meters with adjustable gain sensitivity alongside a motorized Alps RK27 potentiometer for precise volume control. A built-in tape monitor loop enables seamless connection of legacy tape decks or processors, while infrared remote learning functionality provides effortless operation from any handset.

Honored with the 2025 Gear of the Year Award for Best Stereo Preamplifier by Future Audiophile, this design earns acclaim across major audio publications. Reviewers at Hi-Fi News and Stereo Times celebrate its silent background and tube-like tonal liquidity, emphasizing how effortlessly it unearths fine micro-details. Publications laud its smooth volume tracking and rugged aluminum casing, noting that its high-voltage architecture presents a wide, three-dimensional soundstage.

Placing this component at the heart of your system unlocks new depth and clarity from your favorite analog sources. It gives discerning listeners a transparent, dynamic foundation that conveys every recording with natural timbre and authority.
