About MoFi PURE Record Rinse
MoFi PURE Record Rinse Product Description:
Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab’s PURE Record Rinse is made from exceptionally pure water formulated specifically for cleaning vinyl LPs. This ultra-refined water is the foundation of Mobile Fidelity’s other cleaning solutions and works especially well as a final rinse before returning your records to their sleeves. Using tap water is never advised—it contains minerals, chemicals, and tiny organic particles that can settle into the grooves of a freshly cleaned record. Bottled water often comes from the same sources or from mineral-rich springs, and even standard distilled water may still carry impurities after one or two distillations. PURE avoids all of these issues: it undergoes four stages of deionization, followed by triple distillation, and is then exposed to high-intensity UV light to eliminate bacteria and microscopic contaminants. The result is a rinse with nothing present that could harm your vinyl.
