ModWright Instruments Inc., manufacturer of the award-winning KWA 150SE amplifier, PH 9.0/X/T tube phono stage and LS 300 Reference balanced tube preamp, is introducing their new KWA 99 mono block solid state amplifiers in full production. Like the best-selling PH 9.0 tube phono stage, their form factor, aesthetic, and price-point, focus on a compact enclosure and engineering to offer exceptional performance at an attractive price point.
The KWA 99 mono block amplifiers use current production Exicon Lateral MOSFETs for unparalleled sound, performance, and reliability. The enclosure design features fully exposed heatsinks to allow for high bias and lower distortion operation. 12V trigger inputs allow for whole system integration, specifically with the LS 99 tube preamp. These amps offer the sound of our best amplifiers with an even greater degree of resolution, detail, and live sound.
