Product Highlights

Legacy Audio Wavelet 2 is a high-end preamplifier, DAC, and digital crossover processor featuring an internal 64-bit Analog Devices DSP operating at 192 kHz, an apodizing filter circuit to eliminate pre-ringing artifacts, eight balanced XLR outputs, and eight unbalanced RCA outputs. Designed as a complete acoustic solution, it accepts asynchronous USB up to 32-bit/384 kHz, AES/EBU and coaxial SPDIF up to 24-bit/192 kHz, and TosLink up to 24-bit/96 kHz, while offering dedicated analog XLR and RCA inputs. It provides advanced multi-way active crossover capabilities, precise time alignment, and Bohmer acoustic correction to eliminate room resonance below 500 Hz, delivering pristine dynamics and uncompromised control through an intuitive wireless setup with a calibrated measurement microphone.

Reviewers and audiophiles widely acclaim the processor for its transformative impact on room acoustics and overall clarity. Listeners highlight its ability to eliminate low-end boom and mid-bass smearing, yielding tight, articulate bass and a spacious, three-dimensional soundstage. Its sonic neutrality and seamless time-domain correction preserve dynamic energy and tonal purity without digital fatigue, earning praise for stellar operational reliability and rock-solid performance across complex multi-amplifier setups.

By neutralizing acoustic room boundaries and aligning multi-way drivers with effortless precision, the Wavelet 2 unlocks the full emotional power, micro-detail, and breathtaking staging hidden inside your music collection. It stands as an indispensable command center that elevates any high-end audio playback into an authentic, deeply immersive musical performance.
