GoldenEar Triton One.R Floorstanding Speakers

GoldenEar Triton One.R Floorstanding Speakers deliver a frequency response of 13 Hz – 35 kHz (extending down to 13 Hz), 92 dB sensitivity, recommended amplification of 20 – 650 watts per channel, and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms (compatible with 8 ohms). This reference tower speaker features a built-in 1,600-watt DSP-controlled digital amplifier powering three quadratic 5"x9" long-throw subwoofers, assisted by four 7"x10" side-mounted planar infrasonic radiators. The upper frequencies are handled by dual 5.25" cast-basket mid/bass drivers paired with a High-Velocity Folded Ribbon tweeter in a D'Appolito configuration, all encased in an acoustically non-resonant, curved cabinet.

Reviews from Stereophile and The Absolute Sound applaud the Triton One.R for its wide soundstage, planar-like clarity, and outstanding coherence. Industry experts and listeners praise its fatigue-free treble, articulate midrange, and deep, room-shaking bass that easily rivals separate powered subwoofers. Reviewers highlight its ability to render complex musical passages with lifelike dynamics, precise imaging, and smooth tonal balance across both stereo and home theater setups.

Combining true full-range playback with an integrated active subwoofer section eliminates the clutter and setup complexity of external bass enclosures. High sensitivity ensures easy pairing with everything from high-power solid-state amplifiers to delicate valve amps. Choosing the Triton One.R delivers flagship-level acoustic performance and striking aesthetic design, offering audio enthusiasts an uncompromising full-range solution that elevates any hi-fi listening environment.
