Product Highlights

The Focal Clear MG open-back headphones feature 40mm M-shaped magnesium dome drivers, a 5Hz–28kHz frequency response, 55-ohm impedance, and 104dB SPL sensitivity. Serving as a reference-grade personal monitor for discerning audiophiles, this circumaural design delivers remarkable speed and acoustic transparency. Its pure magnesium cones provide exceptional lightness and internal damping, ensuring rapid transient response and dynamic precision across the frequency spectrum. A honeycomb outer grille promotes an expansive soundstage, while the chestnut finish pairs with a solid aluminum yoke and perforated microfiber earpads for enduring ergonomic comfort. Connectivity includes both a balanced four-pin XLR cable and an unbalanced 3.5mm lead with a 6.35mm adapter.

Critical acclaim earned these open-back headphones the EISA Award for Best Headphones alongside a five-star recommendation from What Hi-Fi. Reviewers widely celebrate their punchy bass impact, nuanced midrange articulation, and fatigue-free treble clarity. Publications like Stereophile praise the organic tonal warmth and pinpoint instrument separation, noting that the drivers effortlessly unearth subtle micro-details.

Choosing these headphones brings the depth and spatial realism of high-end loudspeakers into an intimate personal listening environment. Their articulate musical delivery and effortless dynamics breathe fresh vitality into familiar recordings, keeping you completely immersed in every performance.
