Product Highlights

Color: Ruby Macassar. Includes set of 4 Nordost Norse Series jumper cables ($225 value).

DALI Epicon 8: 89dB sensitivity, 35Hz–30kHz, 50W–500W recommended amplification, and 5 ohm impedance. Serving as the flagship cornerstone for reference stereo systems, this Danish floorstander reproduces recordings with effortless scale and poise. Its 3.5-way acoustic design unites twin eight-inch bass drivers, a dedicated six-and-a-half-inch midrange driver, and a signature hybrid tweeter module integrating a 29mm soft dome with a planar ribbon. Patented Soft Magnetic Compound motor technology curbs distortion, ensuring immaculate midrange purity and pristine transient speed. Six curved layers of rigid laminate form an inert enclosure that disperses standing waves and eliminates cabinet resonance.

Critical consensus earned this reference tower an EISA Award for Best European High-End Audio component. Reviewers at publications like What Hi-Fi magazine applaud its tremendous scale, highlighting articulate bass agility alongside refined high-frequency dispersion. Industry critics celebrate its natural midrange warmth, noting that it conveys vocal textures and complex musical passages with effortless dynamic headroom.

Welcoming this Danish statement piece into your home unlocks an expansive, fatigue-free listening experience. By matching innovative magnet topology with handcrafted woodwork, it reveals nuanced inner detail while handling massive orchestral swings with absolute composure. It represents an exceptional choice for listeners seeking authentic musical immersion.
